We got an upgrade to a huge and comfy room with climate control, a personal safe, and a seating area. The staff were nice and took care of us. The hotel had a very central position adjacent to the center of Playa del Carmen and the shop and all the bars and best restaurants...

Shame the bathroom was cold.

The position of the hotel was marvellous and stunning, close to shops and beach. All the staff members were wonderful and polite.

The staff were helpful, had a great attitude. My room with huge beds as well as good AC was huge.

I booked a room with a comfortable bed, climate control, an individual safe, and a sitting area. A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus.

The room at Rustik-Inn was beautifully designed and the surrounding garden created a relaxing atmosphere. The beds were comfortable and the staff was incredibly helpful, allowing us to store our bags and stay in the common area even after check-out. I would recommend this hotel for its beautiful accommodations and helpful staff.

The location on the strip of 5th ave was perfect, with everything at our doorstep. The wifi in the room was also great.
